Richard Osterhoudt Jr. is breaking away from the status quo to rewrite the financial industry. Growing up in rural New Jersey, he developed an appreciation for hard work, personal responsibility, and the value of connecting with his community. His career began in the automotive industry, with a degree in Automotive Diesel Technology, but his natural ability to connect with people led him into financial services. When one of his clients offered him an opportunity at the firm, Richard agreed and spent the next several years developing his expertise with big-box companies. However, the more he learned about the industry, the more he realized that the corporate sector was prioritizing profits over people.
